i bought a few vehicles from Jim over the years, work trucks, SUVS and a economy car. While they were all imperfect, he backed them all up on the important stuff like when the engine seized on my Chevy PU and he put a new one in for $100 a year after I bought it and the warranty was long expired. I ran that truck for four more years before giving it to a nephew
Just bought a van from these guys, was a good price everything was correct, these guys and Gal were honest ,up front and kinda funny too, overall they are good folks to do business with
Anyone with complaints please refer the complaints to the Consumer Frauds bureau in the AG office as well as DMV for possible inspection violations. Just saying...
I bought a car from this dealer, less then a year ago, was told it was in good shape, not great. the engine light came on, within the alotted warranty time, could not get anyone to fix it. Called numerous times, and no reply. Was having problems took it to Midas, found out the ball joint, springs and 4 codes need to be fixed, plus a tires were bad. They said this was an old issue. It will cost me 1300.00. I do not know how this car passed inspection. I will never suggest this dealer to anyone. They should be closed down.
