It not the greatest place to go either, if you have questions. People don't seem to go out if there way to help. You will sure get exercise getting any.
Extremely professional customer service. I was unfamiliar with the layout of the store and when I could not find something and I asked an associate they immediately and only told me where it was but volunteer to take me there until we found it. Then they ask is there anything else I can help you with discontinued through all departments including Pharmacy, Deli, men's department, electronic supplies and batteries. The checkout was a breeze the cashier was very prompt in helping people and directing people to lanes that were open it took me less time to check out then it does at a supermarket. Customer service attitude was spectacular and continues to be so.
I go here maybe three or four times a month and still haven't seen them restocking things that I need to have for my business. I buy a lot of cleaning supplies, and I still need to buy mop heads and still they don't have any. I ended up buying a whole nother mop, instead of just getting what I really needed.
Saturday, October 21, 2017. A handicapped cart was not available for my Dad, who has severe COPD. The reason one was not available was because children were using them in the store - for play & putting other kids in the basked and going for joy rides... with all this going on, not one Walmart rep did anything about it (of course the parents did nothing either - but you can bet they would be the first to sue looking for that lawsuit lottery). I called the client manager to make them aware and to advise staff to be on the look out for this behavior & to implement corrective action. I don't feel it was taken seriously.....
A lot of the employees are slow and don't seem to care much. I've seen some of them peeking at their phones while they work. Management needs to step up and not allow phones on the floor. I have seen workers take food and eat it out of camera view that was supposed to be sampled. It's a pretty disgusting place, but it's convenient. They need to start screening the people they higher her better.
Not a good experience. 3 sales associates in electronics. One with a customer, 2 others playing with devices. No one helped me cash out. Went up front to pay only to get a cashier who didn't know how to remove the security device. SERIOUSLY WALMART!
