I've been a loyal patron of West Wok for years now but after today I will not. The owner a middle aged man who has known my family and I for a while now was very rude tonight and other several occasions when I guess there's a rush for the food. I called and ordered a simple meal of 3 items (shrimp fried rice and beef and broccoli combo- simple). There's a miscommunication I guess on the phone and when I pointed out the error, he threw my food on the counter and began to speak fast in Mandarin (I'm guessing). He gave me order disgruntly and said to next time order at South Wok. Now, if you're trying to promote a professional and quick service, I don't think suggestion someone to your competition is a good idea. I will not order from this place again. Very unprofessional. Not a happy customer
Some of the best Chinese food and very friendly owner/cook. I drive 30 mins specifically to come here for food.
Go in order my food, come back in about ten quick minutes to receive my bag of hot fresh Chinese food. Employees never seem unhappy. Thumbs up from me
This place is a great place for Chinese take out. The owner is vey generous, and the service is fast. We been going here for about 5 years now since discovering this place. They're also clean which I really appreciate. I have never had a bad experience eating here. Highly recommended.
